Redikru Terms of Use

(A) This page describes and states the terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use") that apply in the event that you wish to use the Redikru.com website and/or mobile application and your relationship with Redikru (PT Siap Pesan Kini) or its affiliates in the jurisdiction applicable to such use. Please read these Terms of Use carefully as they affect your rights and obligations under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you are requested not to register an account or use the Services. These Terms of Use are effective from 1-July-2023. (B) The Service is provided for your use in accordance with these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use act as a binding agreement between you and Redikru. By accessing or using the Redikru Website and/or mobile application, you agree to accept and/or be bound by these Terms of Use. You consent and undertake to use the Redikru Website and/or mobile application at your own risk.

(C) We may update these Terms of Use from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to enable the proper operation of the Redikru Website and/or mobile application. Any major changes will be notified to you via the email address you provided during registration or via appropriate announcements on the Redikru Website and/or mobile application. Such changes will apply to your use of the Redikru Website and/or mobile application after we provide you with notice. If you do not agree to accept the new Terms of Use, you are not obliged to continue using the Redikru Website and/or mobile application. If you continue to use the Redikru Website and/or mobile application after the date the changes take effect, your use of the Redikru Website and/or mobile application indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms of Use. 

Interpretation

“Employer” means a person or entity that accesses the Redikru Website and/or mobile application to post jobs or use the Services for any reason related to the purpose of seeking candidates for employment.

“Employer Materials” include brochures, emails, job postings, website and/or mobile application content, career fair materials, audio, video, photos, logos, trademarks, service marks, domain names, documents, or other materials provided by the Employer, if any, for use in connection with the performance of the Services. 

​

"Candidate" means a User who accesses the Redikru Website and/or mobile application to search for work or in any other capacity other than as an Employer. 

​

"Candidate Profile" means the individual profile created by the Candidate. 

​

"Company Profile" means the profile created by the Employer. 

​

"Redikru" means PT Siap PesanNow or an affiliate of PT Siap PesanNow which operates the Redikru website and/or mobile application in the country where you live or where the business is headquartered or located.

"Redikru Content" includes all text, graphics, designs, programming, information, images, videos, audio files, software and other content used on the Website and/or Redikru mobile applications. 

​

The "Redikru Database" includes all job vacancy lists posted on the Redikru website and/or mobile application and/or information on all Candidates and/or Employers registered with Redikru. 

​

"Recruitment Profile" means the profile created by the Candidate which may include personal information, resume and photo. 

​

"Job Post" refers to an instrument or the like provided by Redikru as listed in the Service or on the Redikru Website and/or mobile application, which can be exchanged by the Employer for services offered by Redikru in the Service. 

​

"Personal Data" means any data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from such data, or from such data and/or other information to which a Party has access. 

​

“Services” refers to all services provided by Redikru or its agents or employees, including but not limited to: 

​

(a) providing online job vacancy sites, including services for posting and/or searching for job opportunities, and/or creating a Redicru Profile and Company Profile which may include personal information; 

​

(b) provision of talent search services; matching job specifications with the Redikru Profile of potential candidates and advising Users and/or Candidates about available positions; 

​

(c) provide talent search and other additional advertising services to the Employer, including the provision of digital banners, electronic mailing systems, support services for design and posting; And

 

(d) provide services to Employers for advertising on the Redikru Website and/or mobile application.

“User” refers to any individual or entity who uses any aspect of the Redikru Website and/or mobile application and/or Services. 

​

“User Content” refers to all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photos, graphics, video, lists, messages or other materials submitted, posted or displayed by Users on or through the Website and/or Redikru mobile application.

“You” or “your” refers to the person (or entity on whose behalf you are acting) agreeing to these Terms. 

Registration

  • You must ensure that the details and/or information you provide during registration or at any time thereafter are correct and complete. If the data provided is incorrect or fraudulent, Redikru has the right to block your account. 
     

  • You must immediately inform us of any changes to the information you provide when registering by updating your personal details so that we can communicate with you effectively. 

Password & Security 

  • When you register to use the Website and/or mobile application/Redikru App, you will be asked to create a password. To prevent fraud or misuse, you must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you are required to change your password immediately. 
    ​

  • If Redikru has reason to believe that there is likely to be a security breach or misuse of the Redikru Website and/or mobile application, we may ask you to change your password or we may suspend your account. 
    ​

  • Without prejudice to other provisions in these Terms of Use, you are responsible for all losses or damages suffered by you due to loss of your password or misuse of the Redikru Site. 

Availability of the Redikru Website and/or mobile application

  • Our aim is to offer you the best service, however we do not promise that the services on the Redikru Website and/or mobile application will meet all your needs. 
    ​

  • We do not represent or guarantee that the Redikru website and/or mobile application will be free from problems, free from viruses or other harmful mechanisms. If an error occurs on the Redikru Website and/or mobile application, you must report it to us and we will try to fix the problem as quickly as possible. 
    ​

  • Your access to the Redikru Website and/or mobile application will occasionally be restricted so that we can carry out improvements, maintenance or introduction of new content, facilities or services. In the event that such a situation occurs, we will try to restore access and/or services as quickly as possible. 

Your use of the Redikru Website and/or mobile application 

  • Redikru hereby grants you a non-exclusive, limited and terminable right to access and use the Website and/or Redikru mobile application solely for your personal use and/or for your job search or employment purposes. 
    ​

  • You may not use the Redikru Website and/or mobile application for the following purposes: 
    ​
    (a) disseminate material that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable or unlawful; 

    (b) collect, copy or duplicate in any way any Redikru Content or information available on any Redikru Website and/or mobile application, including expired job vacancy postings; 

    (c) reproduce Redikru Content for public use; 

    (d) include links to Redikru Content or information available from any Redikru Website and/or mobile application; 

    (e) transmitting material that encourages criminal behavior, or otherwise violates applicable laws, regulations or codes of ethics; 

    (f) interfere with other people's use or enjoyment of the Redikru Website and/or mobile application; or 

    (g) make, transmit, or store electronic copies of copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner. 
    ​

  • You agree not to resell or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use. You also agree not to make any unauthorized commercial use of any Redikru Site. 

Your use of the Services 

  • The Services may only be used by: individuals seeking employment, career information, and/or career-related information, such as education and/or volunteer programs; and/or Employers or their agents or employees seeking candidates for employment purposes.

  • All Users agree not to 

​

(a) send, post, distribute, store or destroy material, including without limitation Redikru Content, in violation of applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to laws or regulations governing the collection, processing or transfer of information or data personal. 

 

(b) violate or attempt to violate the security of any Redikru Website and/or mobile application; 

 

(c) reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the Website and/or any Redikru mobile application; 

 

(d) collect, copy or duplicate in any way any Redikru Content or information available from any Redikru Website and/or mobile application, including expired job vacancy postings, other than as permitted by these Terms of Use; 

 

(e) post content or materials that facilitate, promote or support fraud, false or misleading information or illegal activities, OR support or provide instructional information about illegal activities or other activities prohibited by these Terms of Use, such as making or purchasing illegal weapons, in violation of privacy of any person, providing or creating computer viruses or media appropriation, OR promoting or supporting any political views; 

 

(f) posting a profile, resume, or job application on behalf of another party; 

 

(g) share login credentials to the Redikru Website and/or mobile application with third parties; 

 

(h) accessing data not intended for you or logging into a server or account that you are not authorized to access; 

 

(i) post or transmit to the Redikru Website and/or mobile application any inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, false or out-of-date biographical information or information that is not yours; 

 

(j) post content that contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or hidden images; 

 

(k) request passwords or personally identifiable information from other Users; 

 

(l) remove or modify material posted by another person or entity; 

 

(m) harass, incite harassment or advocate harassment against a group, company or individual; 

 

(n) send unsolicited letters or emails, make unsolicited telephone calls or send unsolicited faxes to promote and/or advertise products or services to any User, or contact users who have specifically requested not to be contacted by you; 

 

(o) carry out attempted actions to disrupt services for any User, host, or network, including but not limited to, by sending viruses to the Redikru Website and/or mobile application, overloading actions, flooding actions, spamming actions, mail bombing actions, or the act of crashing; 

 

(p) use the Services for unlawful purposes or illegal activities, or post or transmit content, profiles, resumes or job postings that are libelous, defamatory, implicitly or explicitly offensive, vulgar, obscene, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, racist, discriminatory, that is threatening or that is likely to cause annoyance, discomfort, embarrassment, anxiety or may cause harassment of any person or includes links to pornographic, vulgar or sexually explicit material of any kind, as determined by Redicru policy; or 

 

(q) post a profile or resume that is not a genuine profile or resume and attempts to advertise or promote a product or service.

  • Violations of network security may result in civil and/or criminal liability. Redikru will conduct an investigation into all incidents that are potentially related to the violation by involving and/or cooperating with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users who are involved in the violation. 

Additional Provisions Applicable to Employers 

  • Redikru hereby grants you a non-exclusive, limited and terminable right to access and use the Redikru Website and/or mobile application for your internal business use in seeking candidates for employment. This right authorizes you to view and download one copy of the Redikru Content or materials on the Redikru Website and/or mobile application whose use may only be directly related to the search or recruitment of Candidates.
    ​

  • Redikru also grants you a non-exclusive, limited, and terminable right to use the Services for your internal business use only.
    ​

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Employer account, Company Profile, and password, if applicable.
    ​

  • You are prohibited from sharing your password or access information to your account with other third parties, either temporarily or permanently, and you will be fully responsible for all use of your registration and password on the Redikru Website and/or mobile application, whether permitted by you or not.
    ​

  • You agree to immediately inform Redikru of any unauthorized use of your Employer account, Company Profile, or password.
    ​

  • The Employer represents, warrants, and agrees that the Employer Materials provided by the Employer for use in connection with the Services do not violate any law or regulation or the proprietary rights of any third party, including but not limited to, copyright, trademark rights, honor, the right to privacy or publicity, and defamation law.
    ​

  • The Employer acknowledges and agrees that it shall disregard any personal data received from the Candidate that is not relevant to obtain in evaluating the suitability of a candidate.
    ​

  • Employers are solely responsible for the Employer Materials on the Redikru Site. Redikru is not considered an employer in connection with your use of any Redikru Site and Redikru is not responsible for any hiring decisions, for any reason, taken by any entity posting job vacancies on any Redikru Site.
    ​

  • Employer Materials may not include:
    ​
    (a) keywords that are misleading, difficult to read, or hidden in nature, keywords that are repeated, or keywords that are not relevant to the advertised job opportunity;

  • (b) names, logos, or trademarks of unaffiliated companies;
    ​
    (c) inaccurate, false or misleading information;​

  • (d) inaccurate tagging of jobs based on job type or category;​

  • (e) material or links to material that is discriminatory, sexually explicit, vulgar, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
    ​

  • You may not use your Employer Materials to:
    ​
    (a) publish the work in a manner that does not comply with applicable legal provisions in the relevant jurisdiction, including but not limited to laws relating to labor and employment, equal employment opportunities, employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property;​

  • (b) sell, promote, or advertise products or services;

  • (c) publicize franchise opportunities, pyramid schemes, distributor relationships, or multi-level marketing (MLM);

  • (d) promote opportunities or vacancies that do not represent legitimate or bona fide employment; And

  • (e) advertising services related to sex, of a sexual nature or seeking employees for work of a sexual nature.
    ​

  • Redikru does not allow or allow Employers to ask Candidates to pay deposits, placement fees, processing fees, or other similar fees, directly or indirectly, and/or including to require Candidates to make purchases.
    ​

  • Redikru does not allow job listings that advertise more than one job position in each job posting.
    ​

  • Redikru is not obliged to monitor Employer Materials on the Redikru Website and/or mobile application, but Redikru may monitor Employer Materials on a random basis.
    ​

  • Redikru has the right to remove any Material or content belonging to the Employer from the Redikru website and/or mobile application, which, based on Redikru's reasonable assessment, does not comply with the provisions of this Section, or if it is found that there is posted content that according to Redikru does not represent the best interests from Redikru.
    ​

  • At any time during your use of the Service, if you make any untrue statement to Redikru or deceive Redikru regarding or relating to the nature of your business activities or commit a violation of the User Terms herein, Redikru may terminate your use of the Service and in such case, any payments due you have done will be forfeited.
    ​

  • You understand and acknowledge that if you cancel your Employer account or your Employer account is terminated, all of your account information from Redikru, including saved Redikru Profiles and resumes, network contacts, and email mailing lists, will be marked as deleted and may deleted from the Redikru Database. Information may remain available for a period of time due to delays in propagating such deletions through Redikru's web servers.

User Content 

  • You understand that all User Content is the sole responsibility of the person who posted such User Content. 
    ​

  • You understand and acknowledge that all the information you provide, your Redikru Profile, resume, and/or account information will be stored in the Redikru Database and/or Redikru CV Database. 
    ​

  • You understand, acknowledge, and consent that all information you provide, your Redikru Profile, resume, and/or account information may be transferred to countries outside your location for storage and/or processing purposes. 
    ​

  • By entering, posting or displaying User Content on or through the Redikru Website and/or mobile application, you grant Redikru, subject to your privacy settings, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, distribute , and publish such User Content via the Redikru Website and/or mobile application. Redikru will terminate use of this license within a commercially reasonable time after such User Content is removed from the Redikru Website and/or mobile application. Redikru reserves the right to refuse to accept, post, display or transmit User Content in its sole discretion. 
    ​

  • If you post User Content in any public area of the Redikru Website and/or mobile application, you also grant each User permission to access, view, store and reproduce such User Content for personal use. 
    ​

  • Redikru may review and remove User Content that, in its absolute discretion, violates the Terms of Use, violates applicable laws, regulations, or rules, is abusive, disruptive, offensive, or illegal, or violates the rights of, or harms or threatens the security of Site Users. any Redikru web and/or mobile application. Redikru reserves the right to expel Users and further restrict their access to the Website and/or Redikru mobile application and/or use of the Services if Users violate the Terms of Use or applicable laws, rules or regulations. Redikru can take any action against User Content as deemed necessary or based on its discretion if it believes that the User Content could create liability for Redikru, damage Redikru's brand or public image, or cause Redikru to lose other Users. 
    ​

  • Redikru does not represent or warrant the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any User Content, derivative works of User Content, or other communications posted by Users, nor does it endorse any opinions expressed by Users. You acknowledge that any exposure to material posted by other Users will be at your own risk. 

Payment of Costs 

  • Unless stated otherwise (such as in the relevant service agreement), the Employer can receive Services by paying a fee or based on the terms and conditions set by Redikru, where the Employer is obliged to pay a fee to obtain the Services provided by Redikru. The Employer shall comply with these Terms of Use and any related provisions, as stated on the Redikru Website and/or mobile application or elsewhere, relating to the payment of fees for the Services. 
    ​

  • All invoices must be paid within the time period specified in the relevant invoice. 
    ​

  • The Employer is obliged to take full responsibility for payment of costs from the start of the contract and/or sales order. Payment must be made regardless of errors or omissions stated in the job posting. 

  • ​

  • The total price stated in the invoice does not include applicable taxes unless specifically stated otherwise. 

  • ​

  • All forms of refunds for payments that have been paid to Redikru are and will be made based on the full decision of Redikru. 

Job Posts

  • Job Posts will be given to Employers by Redikru in the manner determined by Redikru. Other terms and conditions regarding the granting or obtaining of a Job Post will be determined by Redikru or as stated in the Service or on the Redikru website and/or mobile application.
    ​

  • Job Posts cannot be exchanged for or used to obtain money, cash, property or other economic benefits other than for the Services specified by Redikru. The number of Job Posts required to receive the Service, as well as other conditions for exchange of Job Posts, will be determined by Redikru and listed in the Service or on the Redikru Site.
    ​

  • Job Posts cannot be returned in the form of funds for any reason unless it is stated necessary by applicable laws and regulations, if so, Redikru will determine the refund process in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
    ​

  • Job Posts will only be active for a certain period of time which will be determined by Redikru. If the time period has ended, the Job Post can be extended or reopened in accordance with the terms and conditions set by Redikru.
    ​

  • If you cancel your Employer account or your Employer account is terminated, unused Job Posts cannot be returned in the form of funds, money or other economic benefits.

Redikru's Right to Revoke or Terminate Your Registration 

  • We may suspend or cancel or terminate your registration immediately upon the occurrence of the following events:
    ​
    (a) you have violated an obligation applicable to these Terms of Use;

    (b) You use, attempt to use, or may have used the Redikru Website and/or mobile application in violation of applicable laws or agreements or in any way that can or may cause punishment, defamation, harassment, or loss in the form of anything to or detrimental to the interests of Redikru and/or its affiliates;

    (c) you are no longer established, registered or in good standing with the relevant authorities in the country in which you were incorporated or registered as a legal entity;

    (d) there are changes in government policy or applicable law that limit the provision, in whole or in part, of the services to you as set forth in these Terms of Use; or

    (e) for other reasons at the reasonable discretion of Redikru.
    ​

  • You can cancel your registration at any time by notifying us in writing via email at [email protected]. If you do so, you are obliged to discontinue use of the Redikru Website and/or mobile application.
    ​

  • Temporary suspension or cancellation or termination of your registration and your right to use the Redikru website and/or mobile application will not affect the legal rights or obligations of both parties.

Service

  • These Terms will remain in full force and effect as long as you are a user of any Redikru Website.
    ​

  • Redikru reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take all legal remedies, including but not limited to removal of your User Content from the Redikru Website and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the Redikru Website and/or any other services provided to you by Redikru, for any violation by you of these Terms or if Redikru is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the Redikru Website registration.
    ​

  • Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination of the agreement, including Sections 5, 7, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 21 and 22.

Service

  • The Redikru website and/or mobile application and Services act as, among other things, a place or platform for:

  • (a) Employers or their agents or employees to post job vacancies and search for and evaluate job candidates;
    ​

  • (b) candidates to post their Redikru Profiles and resumes and search for and evaluate job opportunities; And
    ​

  • (c) Employers to advertise their job vacancies.
    ​

  • Redikru will not filter or censor any advertisements, postings or job vacancies, including the Redikru Profile offered. Redikru is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and job candidates. Therefore, Redikru is not responsible for User Content, the quality, safety or legality of jobs or or resumes posted on the Redikru Website and/or mobile application, the truth or accuracy of advertisements or postings, the ability of employers to offer job vacancies to candidates or a candidate's ability to fill a job vacancy, and Redikru makes no representations whatsoever regarding employment, Redikru Profiles, resumes, or User Content on the Redikru Website and/or mobile application.

  • Redikru reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to delete User Content including but not limited to, Redikru Profiles, Company Profiles, Employer Materials, or other materials on the Redikru Website and/or mobile application from time to time. If Redikru implements its policy and it is found that there is a violation of these Terms by the User, any payments made by the User will be forfeited.
    ​

  • The Redikru website and/or mobile application also provides content from other sites or internet sources and although Redikru tries to ensure that the material contained in the Redikru Website and/or mobile application is correct, up-to-date and of good quality, Redikru does not provide warranties or guarantees with respect to such content. If Redikru is informed of any inaccuracies in the materials on the Redikru Website and/or mobile application, we will endeavor to correct the inaccuracies as soon as possible.
    ​

  • Please note that there are risks, including but not limited to risk of physical injury, in dealing with strangers, persons under the age of consent, or persons acting under false pretenses. You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with dealing with other users you meet through the Redikru Website and/or mobile application. Naturally, other people's information may contain things that are offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases there is a possibility that it has been mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We expect and ask that you frequently use caution and common sense when using the Redikru Website and/or mobile application.
    ​

  • The Redikru website and/or mobile application and the Redikru Content may contain inaccuracies, inaccuracies or typographical errors. Redikru does not represent or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or currency of the Redikru Website and/or mobile application or the Redikru Content. Use of any Redikru Website and/or mobile application and Redikru Content is entirely at your own risk.

  • Nothing on the Redikru Site shall be deemed to be an endorsement, representation, or warranty with respect to any user or third party, with respect to the website and/or mobile application, products, services, recruiting, experience, employees, or hiring practices, or other things that are of or belong to him.
    ​

  • Redikru is not responsible for any loss of information caused by any interruption, suspension, or disconnection of the service or for the Redikru Content, accuracy, or quality of information available or transmitted through the Service.
    ​

  • You acknowledge and agree that it is not Redikru's policy to exercise editorial control and edit or make changes to the data or content of any email or posting or any information that may be inserted, included, made available or transmitted from or to third parties via the Website and/ or the Redikru mobile application and/or Services.

Limitation of Liability

  • Redikru shall not be liable in any way to any other party, whether by law, in equity, or otherwise, and whether such liability is based on breach of contract, indemnity or warranty (whether expressed, implied, or otherwise), or through tort (including negligence and breach of statutory duty) or otherwise, for (i) indirect, incidental or consequential damages suffered by you, or, (ii) punitive damages in connection with any term or subject matter in these Terms of Use, however and whenever it occurs, and/or (iii) loss of data or any business interruption.

  • Aggregate liability by Redikru to you for all claims arising in connection with your use of the Website and/or Redikru mobile application and/or Services will be limited to the amount of your subscription package fee which has been paid by you and which is in effect at that time, or if you are a Candidate, it will be limited to IDR 100,000.00.

Indemnity

  • Without prejudice to other provisions in these Terms of Use, you are obliged to fully indemnify and release Redikru from all actions, claims, legal processes, costs (including legal costs incurred by Redikru to defend actions, claims or legal processes regarding matters such), any liability, loss and damage that may be imposed or initiated against Redikru by another person and/or which may be borne or suffered by Redikru, arising from or in connection with or caused by:
    ​
    (a) your violation of these Terms of Use;
    ​
    (b) loss of your password;
    ​
    (c) your misuse of the Redikru Website and/or mobile application;
    ​
    (d) Any User Content or other materials you provide to the Redikru Website and/or mobile application;
    ​
    (e) your use of Redikru Content; And

  • (f) your negligence, misrepresentation, intentional fraud, and/or deception.

Data Protection

  • Each Party is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection or data privacy at its own expense.

Third Party websites and/or mobile applications

To make things easier for users, the Redikru website and/or mobile application may provide links to websites and/or mobile applications or other materials belonging to third parties that are beyond its control. Redikru is not responsible for the content on any site outside the Redikru Website and/or mobile application.

Advertising & Sponsors

  • Parts of the Redikru Website and/or mobile application may contain advertising and sponsorship. Employers and advertisers or sponsors are responsible for ensuring that the material submitted for display on the Redikru Website and/or mobile application complies with the relevant statutory provisions.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction 

  • These Terms of Use and all matters or non-contractual obligations arising from these Terms of Use or the services contemplated by them will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
    ​

  • The Parties agree that all claims and disputes related to or arising from these Terms of Use (which cannot be resolved amicably), including questions regarding the existence, validity or termination of these Terms of Use will be referred to be resolved by the courts in Indonesia.

Compliance with Applicable Laws

You warrant and represent that you will comply with all laws applicable to you (including but not limited to all employment and work environment laws) and will guarantee that you have obtained and maintained all authorizations and all other necessary approvals, permits and authorizations from time to time. from time to time to carry out your obligations under or in connection with these Terms of Use.

International Use

“Registered User” means a user who registers on the Redikru Application to obtain the services offered by Redikru. Unless the context requires otherwise, references in this Privacy Policy to “user” or “you” include references to general users and Registered Users.

“Redikru Application” means the mobile application owned and operated by PT Siap PesanNow and its affiliates/subsidiaries or service providers.

to contact you regarding administrative notices and communications related to your use of the Redikru Application and to respond to your questions or requests;

to identify who views the Information placed on the Redikru Application;

to enable you to enjoy the benefits of being a Redikru App member by registering for events and promotions organized by Redikru and/or its affiliates and/or partner companies;

Redikru may collect personal information and/or data about you, such as name, login ID and password, address, email address, salary, employment contract, certificate, telephone number, age, gender, date of birth, country of residence, nationality, level of education, and work experience available/not available to the public. Occasionally, Redikru may also collect additional personal information and/or data from you in connection with contests, surveys or special offers.

Only authorized Redikru staff will be permitted to access your personal information and data, and Redikru will not release such personal information and data to third parties except in the circumstances listed under the section entitled “Disclosure or Transfer of Data” below.

Disclosure or Transfer of Data 

Redikru agrees to take all possible measures to keep all user information and personal data confidential and/or not disclosed, subject to the following.

In general, Redikru will only disclose and/or transfer your personal information and/or data to Redikru personnel and staff for the purpose of providing services to you and Redikru corporate clients who have made a specific request for such information and/or data with your prior consent. information and/or data that is disclosed and/or transferred to third parties or external service providers who have been authorized by Redikru to use such information and/or data and who will facilitate services on the Redikru Application while maintaining confidentiality;

information and/or data that is disclosed and/or transferred to Redikru's representatives, affiliates or partners who have been authorized by Redikru to use such information and/or data;

where permitted under the “Terms and Conditions” including “Talent Search Terms and Conditions” (see Profile Section below);

where Redikru needs to protect and defend its rights and property;

​

where Redikru deems it necessary to do so to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to compliance with judicial processes, court orders, or legal processes served on the Redikru Application;

where Redikru deems it necessary to provide the products and services we offer and foster a positive user experience; and/or

​

where Redikru deems it necessary to maintain and/or improve services on the Redikru Application.

Personal data collected through the Redikru Application may be transferred, stored and processed in any country where Redikru or members of the Redikru Group operate. By using the Application, you are deemed to have agreed, permitted and authorized Redikru to disclose and/or transfer your personal information and data in the circumstances mentioned above, as well as for any transfer of information (including Information) outside your country.

Redikru Advertisers and Online Applications 

Create an online application to register for job advertisements or register for the Redikru Experts Class on the Redikru Application is a free and optional service that may require you to complete some required fields of information (e.g. first name, last name, telephone and email) so that the Advertiser and/ or Redikru may identify and contact from time to time. When you apply for a job advertisement or register for the Redikru Experts Class on the Redikru App, your personal data, application, including attachments and cover letter, are:

forwarded directly to the Advertiser and/or its appointed representative; and/or;

​

stored on the Redikru Company Portal on behalf of the Advertiser;

​

stored in the Redikru Database as a list of Students.

​

The Redikru Company Portal allows Advertisers to manage the recruitment process easily and effectively through one central facility provided by Redikru.

​

By applying for an advertised position and/or uploading personal data on the Redikru Application, you request that Redikru pass on the information you provide to the relevant Advertiser and/or their appointed representatives. Any questions you have relating to the position advertised on Redikru, your online application and/or the status of your application should be directed directly to the Advertiser or their designated agent, not Redikru.

 

Any Personal Information stored by Redikru as part of your application will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The use of your information (personal or otherwise) by Advertiser is not within Redikru's control and if you have any questions about how Advertiser uses your personal information or wish to request access to any personal information you have submitted as part of the application or which has been provided to them as part of your Redikru Profile (as defined below), you have the right to contact that Advertiser directly.

Redikru Profile

Redikru provides all Registered Users with the option to create a personal Redikru Profile (“Redikru Profile“). A Redikru profile may include a resume, employment and education history, contact details, salary expectations, and preferred job classification and location. Advertisers approved by Redikru can search the Redikru Profile Database to find and contact relevant candidates.

​

Advertisers who use invitations to apply for jobs will only receive access to your contact information if you respond directly to the job invitation sent to you.

If you have responded to a job invitation sent by an Advertiser or you have applied for a job directly on the Redikru Application using your profile, the Advertiser will have access to your most recent profile, including your contact details (as updated by you from time to time).

​

All information provided when creating a Redikru Profile (including your name, resume, email address, telephone number, employment, and educational history) may be used by Redikru for the purpose of increasing placement opportunities for you or to customize certain products for you.

​

When you create a Redikru Profile on Redikru, you consent to your profile being viewed and/or accessed by Advertisers using websites and/or mobile applications of members of the Redikru Group, which may result in the transfer of your personal data from Indonesia to other countries where other members of the Redikru Group operate.

​

As a Registered User, you can change your Redikru Profile, your resume or change the privacy options in connection with your Redikru Profile at any time, by going to the Profile area of ​​the Redikru Application.

​

You can also choose to delete your Redikru Profile entirely. Deleted Redikru profiles may still be retained by Redikru in test or backup systems for a period of time. Redikru reserves the right to deactivate or delete a Redikru Profile at any time at its sole discretion.

​

Advertisers who place job advertisements on Redikru, and who obtain a Redikru Profile are required by Redikru to comply with all relevant laws and obligations relating to the use and disclosure of personal information. The use of your information (personal or otherwise) by these Advertisers is not within Redikru's control and we cannot accept responsibility for the behavior of these companies.

Save your CV/ Resume 

You can choose to save your CV/Resume in your Redikru account, and use that CV/Resume when applying for jobs.

In order to provide Advertisers with the most relevant information about you, social networking information (including but not limited to GitHub or LinkedIn profiles) you provide may also be scanned by Redikru and relevant content may be displayed to Advertisers. If you do not want content from social networks to be displayed to Advertisers, do not provide social network information. For more information about how your resume will be used, see above under the heading “Recovery Profile”.

Subscribe to Newsletters/ Promotional Materials / Marketing Materials

The Redikru Application may provide links to other websites and/or mobile applications that are not owned or controlled by Redikru or its affiliates. As and when you decide to click on any advertisement or hyperlink on the Redikru Application that gives you access to other sites, your protected information and personal data which are considered private and confidential may be exposed on these other sites.
